Commissions: Commissions are undertaken and quotes given on an individual basis. A 40% non refundable deposit is required prior to undertaking work. There is a minimum 4 week turn round bit this is subject to number of current commission the buyer will be advised at time of undertaking. For portrait work the artist can work from photos but the buyer must own rights, have taken it themselves or have evidence of permission to use the picture for this purpose. The image must be of appropriate quality to work from
Returns Artwork: In the first instance please contact the artist for advice. (Excluding commissions which should be addressed on a case by case matter)
Returns of other product can be made subject to conditions, within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Contact seller directly for details
